Do you design and make casual/formal/party wear ?

Yes, for women and children(boys and girls).

Where can I buy good fabrics ? Will you assist in buying the right fabric?

This is the best part of all projects, sourcing the fabrics , we do it together.

What is your pricing like ?

It depends on the style/fabric chosen. You bet its very reasonable.

How much time do you take to complete an order?

Generally 4-5 working days after payment is complete. Depends on complexity of the project and current projects in pipeline.

Do you make "bridesmaid outfits" ..."matching outfits"... "sibling outfits" ?

Yes again!

How about alterations and re-fashioning ?

Of course that's slow fashion.Do check with us beforehand for costing.

Can I get something done as a gift for someone else, I do not have their measurements.

Sure, we will figure out a way. We have done this successfully many times in the past.

Can I visit you for the orders ?

Yes, of course.Update: currently we are online only.

I have an image of an outfit I found on pinterest and I love it , can you make a similar one for me?

We can use it as an inspiration and design something unique for you. Lets get chatting.

How to place an order online ?

Tell us your thoughts about what you wanted to get stitched, we interact and agree on the prints/colors/fabric. We will request measurements from you and make it. Voila !

Can I provide/ship fabric?

Yes.

How do I send you my measurements?

If you visit us we will measure you up. If not we will guide you through detailed steps to measure up yourself, via an online form.

What modes of payment do you accept?

Currently Paytm ,Gpay, Bank transfer.

Which postal services do you use for shipping?

We ship via INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES.

Can I cancel/return my order?

Post payment cancellations are not accepted. Custom made orders cannot be returned.Thank you for understanding.
